How can I get Microsoft Points living in Thailand

How can I get Microsoft Points living in Thailand? - Xbox 360 live -?
I'd like to get some Microsoft Points but I'm living in Thailand and the shops here don't have them. A local friend bought some points while ago but it didn't work and he got actually ripped off. If there isn't any shop in this country, I could use some website where I can win them (es: PrizeRebel), but unfortunately I still have to see one that can be used in this country. Thanks, I know I can use my credit card to buy them online. As I live in Thailand I was looking for some way to buy points, without using my credit card online. Cheers.

You can buy microsoft points directly from your xbox with your credit card. Just go to game marketplace, click on anything you need money for, then there should be an option to buy microsoft points or top up microsoft points or something like that, and then you'll have to pay with your credit, debit, or whatever you want

You might be able to use Amazon.com and just buy the points cards (or games) through them if you can't do it through the marketplace. Just one of many suggestions to come, I'm sure.

1. Go to http://www.points2shop.com/?ref=uin12506รข€¦ 2. Sign up ( you get 250 points for signing up) 3.Complete some offers OR play games to earn more points. 4.Spend your points on anything you want at amazon.com =]

1 :
maybe your net acceess is blocking it or your pc firewall check the settings ,P2P file sharing work watch out for virus/trojans/spyware from that
2 :
if its not the firewall its your internet options settings you can change them from the control panel
3 :
May be your LAN provider restricts your p2p sharing I mean your administrator may made some regulations to your software not to connect to p2p servers like e-donkey or others .It should be a consequence of using firewall.

Before you decide to move to Thailand VISIT FIRST! There are lots of US expats living in Thailand, and the Philippines for that matter, so you will have lots of countrymen to chat with and ask for advice. Visit first and ask around for suggestions. Lots of expats living in Pattaya which is cheaper than Bangkok for hotels. You can not own land in Thailand as a foreigner but you can buy a condo. Also post your question on these travel forums and a see what comes up. Thai Visa Forum has a lot of good info on immigration (over 50 it is pretty easy,) read up on currency, precautions, etc. http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/ Other travel forums: http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g293915-i3686-Thailand.html http://forum.virtualtourist.com/forum-1445238-1-Travel-Bangkok-1-forum.html http://www.lonelyplanet.com/thorntree/forum.jspa?forumID=51 Some of the things you have to consider is how far from your home country Thailand is. From Mexico it easier to get back to the US if you have to. From Thailand it costs a little more and takes a lot more time flying. Mexico is more like the US than Thailand will ever be. What they will have in common is poverty in some places and a little corruption. Transportation is excellent in Thailand, the price is reasonable. From Thailand it is easy to get to many other countries by land or cheap flights. You can even take a train from Bangkok to Singapore if you want. I feel safer traveling in Thailand than I ever did in Mexico! Good luck.

I lived in a Mexican city for a year, it was called Phoenix Arizona :D If you are looking for a low cost place to live, Thailand or Philippines is your place, but there are requirements to get a Thai retirement visa, The main two are being over 50 years old and having 800,000 Thai baht ($25,000 USD) in the bank. Look around this site for more info; http://www.thaivisa.com/

I live in Thailand. They run any vehicle on LPG. Why can't we?
This puzzles me. In the trunks of taxi's there is a tank for LPG. There does not seem to be any problem. I have seen the same in Japan. I have lived in both places. I can actually see the difference in the air, since I first came to Bangkok in 1988.

you can use lpg anywhere. just it not popular is all. up here in canada there is a fair amount of propane powered vehicles. but in the states they have cheap fuel and there isnt enough incentive to convert your car.
2 :
We can, but there isn't the infrastructure for fueling LPG or CNG cars in the states. You also can't just grab a tank, throw it in the trunk and run a hose to the engine. The tanks for CNG and LPG in vehicles are "special". And expensive as hell! So is the equipment to convert carbueration to gas. You're right in saying that either LPG or CNG burns cleaner than either gasoline or diesel, Part of the problem is that in a lot of s.e.asian countries there are no controls on emissions. The jeepneys, trucks and busses in the Philippines are usually natural-breathing diesels. And the owners "firmly believe" that turning up the fuel adjustment makes the jeepney run faster and make more horsepower. All they "make" is MORE SMOKE! If they would match the fuel adjustments to the rated horsepower of the given engines and turbo-charge them and then seal them or make it illegal to tamper with them, a lot of the smoke would go away. A diesel engine runs more efficiently than either a gasoline or a CNG/LPG engine. Look it up. Google-search "diesel engine efficiency ratings and comparison charts".

politics - gas companies have way to much power !
