I cant find him. I 've tried the internet people searches. .... DONT tell me to look on WhitePages at all, there is NO white pages for Thialand.... How do I find him???

Need more details. What nationality are you and your dad? What company, job, activities is he involved with? How long has he been living in Thailand? Any frequent hang-out places? etc.....

The below link provide search for Thai people. It's in Thai though. If you can locate the name, which most of the Thai people are listed, you can double click the name and there's a link to the 'White' page which will then give you the phone number. That is if he is listed in the phone book, but there is no mobile phone.
