Can rabbits live in air conditioned rooms

Can rabbits live in air conditioned rooms?
I live in Thailand, and I just got a Mini Rex for five days. The climate in Thailand is very hot and humid, therefore, I keep him in my room with the air conditioner on, except for at night. At night, I leave the windows open so that it is quite cool.

my american spot spends his summers in an airconditioned room. they are susceptible to heat stroke, so they NEED air conditioning!

Sure, why not. its no harm done, it has fur to protect it from the cold anyways.

Rabbits do better in the cold than the heat. As long as it is not too cold, then they should be fine. If you are cold, then it is probably a bit chilly for your rabbit. If you are comfortable in a light shirt, then the rabbit should be fine.
