What animals in Thailand live in the mountains

What animals in Thailand live in the mountains?
I'm doing an article about pollution in Thailand, and I wanted to do a bit about how pollution drifting up from Bangkok threatens animals that live in higher elevations. Can anyone give me one or two animals that live in the mountains of Thailand so I can reference them for my article? Thanks.

Hi Chimps and Babboons wer brought from USA and they are now in most areas in Thailand They are in the south also and especially Pataya area good luck
2 :
You have Elephants, deers and monkeys in the mountains of Thailand. And no the monkeys did not come from the USA.
3 :
Examples from the mountains of Khao Yai National Park which is two hours from Bangkok include, elephants, great horn bills, deer, tigers. There are many others. BTW, although it is pretty close to Bangkok the pollution doesn't reach here, In fact, this area has some of the world's best air quality as reported in the press.
4 :
Thai mountain animals mainly.

Can I work in Thailand as an engineer and supervise staffs on site

Can I work in Thailand as an engineer and supervise staffs on site?
I'm a site engineer, currently based in Canada, my home country. However, I want to live in Thailand with my girlfriend and I want to work there as well.

First of all, you must find a foreign company that will hire you. So you can get a work permit and be able to get a visa too, for at least a yearly visa, renewable every three months within the country. If you are legally married to your girlfriend, you can use your marriage certificate to get a visa too. Foreign firms pay better to enable you to live the life you used to be. Local companies give salaries that might not be enough for you to sustain the living you used to live!
2 :
Probably highly unlikely. I guess you are an expert. where X is the unknown factor and spurt is a drip under pressure
3 :
It is possible, although unless you have a connection to a company that is hiring it is highly unlikely you will find such a job. You won't find any jobs like that advertised in Thailand and any openings a company might have would normally be quickly filled internally or through word of mouth.
4 :
There are two options for you here. 1) Marry your girlfriend and obtain a Marriage Visa in Thailand, then seek a job in the country. 2) Apply for a job in Thailand and when you will receive a job offer from a company who will be hiring you as an engineer, obtain a 90 day Non-Immigrant B Visa in your home country. Documents are to be provided by your employer to obtain the initial 90 รข€“day non immigrant B visa. Once you enter in Thailand, your company will have to issue you a work permit, so the process of the permit should take place before you will start working. However, since engineering positions in Thailand are likely to be preserved for Thai nationals, the Labor department might question why the company needs foreign engineer when there are Thai engineers, during the application of your work permit. In that case, your position might not state that you are an "engineer", but it might say " engineering consultant" And with this regard, you can supervise staffs on site but as an engineering consultant.

no, they will take it and eat it or the dog can end up in the black market for meat. i wouldn't take any dog there, go to the internet and find out.
2 :
As long as you watch out for heat exhaustion and provide lots of cold, clean water 24 hours a day. Keep it's undercoat stripped out and mostly kept indoors; then there's no reason a Sheltie shouldn't be able to live in Thailand. Just remember it has a thick coat and manage it's life accordingly. Keep the coat brushed and fluffy, all the way to the skin. All collies appreciate a "swimming pool", some cool water to lie in in hot weather - so a paddling pool kept in the shade would be a good thing to have in your garden.
3 :
Pretty much what the 2nd person said. Water available at all times, little pool to get cooled off, and mostly inside. And keep his coat short. Then it should be fine.

With lots of water and shade he should do OK. Make sure the Airline will transport it to Thailand. I have boxers and they cannot fly. Not sure why but have tried to get them there and no dice. My son has a long haired smaller dog and he does fine. In the hotter days they just give him his pool to play in. Cools him off. Keep your dog close. Enjoy
