I'm an foreigner living in Thailand, and would like to enroll in an Asia Studies program that is offered by a foreign university. There are Thai universities that offer such programs, but I'm not interested in them, as many of the Thai universities are not internationally accredited. Thanks for your time.

Check out the Faculty of Arts at Chulalongkorn University. I guess these are what you are looking for: http://www.grad.chula.ac.th/program_inter/graduate/ses.html http://www.arts.chula.ac.th/eng/academics.htm This university is one of the most prestigious universities (actually it is considered number one in Thailand) in Thailand; and it is internationally recognized. Many alumni go on to such prestigious schools, such as Ivy League schools and Big Ten. Also, Thammasat University is one of the best universities in Thailand. It is actually as great as Chulalongkorn University.
