thailand is the best choice....in the philippines there are too many NICHOLE,......we have one in malacanyang too....

it depends on what you consider safe. is there a chance you will be killed in thailand? the philippines? new york? absolutely. is it likely? no. you need to decide on what level between "possibly dangerous" and "definitely dangerous" you are confortable with. i have lived in the philippines, new york and thailand. i feel safest in thailand then new york and the least safe in the philippines.

Your safer at either place than you are in the plane that brings you there.

both is safe.. in the Philippines u need to know which city and state u are going.. and make sure you go to the big cities... they said mindanao is bad for foriegners not if you stay in davao city.. so u stay in big cities.. kinda the capital thing..
