You husband (an American citizen) has to sponsor your son. As a Thai citizen you can not do this. You would just have to fill out the paperwork same as when you came. You should go to a Thai restaurant in your area or call the Buddhist temple and tell them. The people there will help you with School, work, training and immigration laws. Providing you are in the USA legitimately, you should be able to bring your son to the US. You need to touch base with the US immigration and make enquires.
