Are there any fully accredited universities in Bangkok, Thailand that offer Asia Studies programs

Are there any fully accredited universities in Bangkok, Thailand that offer Asia Studies programs?
I'm an foreigner living in Thailand, and would like to enroll in an Asia Studies program that is offered by a foreign university. There are Thai universities that offer such programs, but I'm not interested in them, as many of the Thai universities are not internationally accredited. Thanks for your time.

Check out the Faculty of Arts at Chulalongkorn University. I guess these are what you are looking for: http://www.grad.chula.ac.th/program_inter/graduate/ses.html http://www.arts.chula.ac.th/eng/academics.htm This university is one of the most prestigious universities (actually it is considered number one in Thailand) in Thailand; and it is internationally recognized. Many alumni go on to such prestigious schools, such as Ivy League schools and Big Ten. Also, Thammasat University is one of the best universities in Thailand. It is actually as great as Chulalongkorn University. Faculty of Liberal Art : Southeast Asian Studies Program: http://www.tu.ac.th/org/arts/seas/indexeng.html Institute of East Asian Studies,Thammasat University http://www.tu.ac.th/org/ieas http://www.asia.tu.ac.th/ieas/IEAS_Eng/index.html

Can you do MMA in Japan and not live there

Can you do MMA in Japan and not live there?
I live in Thailand currently and train in Muay Thai and some grappling styles. I was curious if I could do MMA in Japan and how to go about doing that. I have had amateur fights in America, so I have some experience.

Guys like Dan Henderson, Mirko Crocop, Fedor Emelianenko, Mark Coleman, Joachim Hansen, and hundreds of others have fought in Japan and not lived there. So yes, it's entirely possible. As for how to go about getting fights, your coach should have some connections into the MMA world. If you have a manager, they certainly should be able to get you fights. If nothing else, Shooto is an international organization, and they may well hold fights near your location; with enough exposure, you can get a fight in Japan. But to be honest, with only amateur fights to your name, it might be faster and simply to just move to Japan, even for only a few months or so. Train at Grabaka, the Takada Dojo, Killer B, or whatever and see if they can get you a fight.

I don't really know of any major German areas - as most, they are scattered about. Probably also as most, the largest concentration is around Pattaya - maybe there is a German area down there - that would be the most likely
2 :
There are many nationalities, including Germans living in Bangkok and Pattaya and I am sure you will find many German's in all the major Holiday resorts. Most people come to Thailand for The Culture , The Scenery, The food and the Thai people - if you want German Culture , Food. scenery then I suggest Bavaria -Guten tag !

There isn't a "German Town", but there are a lot of Germans in and around Pattaya, they don't concentrate in one area but if you look for German pubs/restaurant, I'm sure you'll find as few there. Check out the German Garden on Nakula in Pattaya; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGa1iexGjPg
4 :
There are German communities around Pak Chong near Khao Yai. One neighborhood is near Khao Yai Garden Lodge - inquire with the owner who is German. There is another German community northwest of Pak Chong town center.
5 :
Best advice is : Go to the beach real early ,crack of dawn type time. Look for the sunloungers with towels on them . You wont see any Germans just yet . Then come back after breakfast-go to the sunloungers as mentioned earlier. There...............you have your German community! only joking;)
6 :
PATTAYA NAKLUA
7 :
Most Germans in Pattaya you will find in Naklua. German Restaurants, beer bars, German speaking dentists and such. Sometimes called little Germany in Pattaya.
